How we process and why we collect the data:

When we work together we need to be able to get in contact, to inform you about the estimates/ pre-shoot and post-shoot services, To add the images to my ongoing online websites. We also keep the images/ data for 1 year to ensure I have the pictures should you lose your images or require another extra copy.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to know what data I hold at any time. You have the right to have the information I hold deleted at any time. "Informed consent" is crucial and a key part of the new DSGVO (Data protection) legislation. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous.

I may upload a wide selection of your digital images to a password protected online gallery for you to view and download your images
